Developed as an independent concept design for a private Chelsea rooftop, the project envisions a quiet urban retreat above Manhattan. The design frames iconic city views, including the Empire State Building and western sunsets, while integrating layered planting, privacy screens, warm wood surfaces, and water and fire features to create a secluded outdoor living experience within the city.
